Welcome to Kiwanis Club of Athens!

Whether it’s helping students and teachers at Stroud Elementary; hosting the Birchmore 5K Race; sorting food at the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, or learning about the economic status of our area from local and state leaders, the Kiwanis Club of Athens is making a difference.

Summer is the perfect time to visit the Kiwanis Club of Athens. While many organizations have a “summer lull,” speakers scheduled for July and August are dynamic representatives of non-profit organizations, the Georgia General Assembly, and the University of Georgia. To find out more about our speakers for July and August, visit our News page.

New officers and board members for the Kiwanis Club of Athens have been announced. Visit our About page to learn more.

Membership Month was a huge success! Each week saw multiple guests attending meetings to hear outstanding speakers and learn more about the Kiwanis Club of Athens. By the end of the month, 10 individuals have either joined the Kiwanis Club of Athens or expressed a strong interest in doing so. Special thanks to member Ed Law and his committee for their efforts. Look for more information on our new members soon.
